Policies & Procedures

We understand life happens. Therefore, we are willing to work with you if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. However, we cannot guarantee availability or accommodations for appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled on short notice. Our goal is to provide every client with equal opportunity to receive their desired services. Please help us make that possible by providing a minimum of 48-hour notice when you cannot make your appointment. Cancelation Policies

Full Sets

All Full Sets of Eyelash Extensions require a 50% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable in the event the Full Set is canceled in less than 48 hours. Full Sets canceled in less than 24 hours will be required to provide $25 cancelation fee.

Booking

All Services booked online require credit card information and 50% deposit.

will be charged a cancelation fee equal to 40% of the total cost of the service.

No Call No Show

Clients who do not show up for scheduled appointments or attempt to call to cancel or reschedule will be required to pay 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. Clients will be given only 15 min after scheduled appointment time to provide notice that they will not be arriving for their appointment.

Rescheduling & Late Appointments

Late Appointments

If you plan to be 15 min late or more please contact us by phone as this has the potential to affect the time required to complete you service. If you cannot arrive in time to complete your service a fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the service will be charged to the card on file.

Rescheduling Appointments

Appointments must be rescheduled no later than 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling appointments in less than 48 hours will be marked as a cancellation and all applicable fees will be applied.

Arriving for your Appointment

Our booking procedures allow for proper sanitation of treatment rooms and provide your Artist with breaks. Therefore, we cannot accommodate clients who arrive early by 10 min or more. Regardless of what time you arrive please relax in our lobby until your artist is ready for you.

Modifying Appointment

Services must be modified by calling, texting or by signing in to your vagaro account and modifying the appointment online. No Exceptions. Clients who provide notifications to cancel or reschedule on social media or other platforms are subject to fees equal to 100% of the total cost of the service.

Preventing Service Fees

To Prevent Service Fees, we provide our clients with an automated booking system which provides confirmation texts and emails five days prior to shceduled appointments and reminder texts and emails two days prior to appointments. Clients who choose not to receive texts or emails or who falsify information will not be exempt from providing any and all applicable fees.
